Challenge
The primary challenge was engaging a high-level audience of C-level executives and senior managers who are notoriously difficult to reach. With the retail sector rapidly pivoting towards digital solutions post-COVID-19, our content needed to not only capture attention but also resonate deeply with these leaders, aligning with VTEX’s strategic position as a top digital commerce platform.
Solution
We designed Digital Insider to directly address our target audience by featuring their peers and industry experts who could speak on relevant, high-stakes topics. This approach not only enhanced the podcast’s relevance but also its authority.
The editorial strategy was intentionally non-commercial, focusing on genuine insights and personal stories. Our distribution strategy leveraged organic channels effectively, utilising social media tagging and blog content to amplify reach without a marketing budget.
We partnered with Miligrama Design to develop a distinctive yet familiar visual identity, and managed all production aspects in-house to maintain quality and coherence.
Results
The podcast achieved notable success, with 1.5k unique listeners, predominantly from the US. It garnered significant social media traction, with over 20k impressions and hundreds of social interactions, effectively amplifying our reach and engagement organically, despite zero budget for paid promotions.
